Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Suites are accredited with AAAHC and ASGE!
Our endoscopy suites are located in the Gainesville and Warrenton offices.
The suites are used by our physicians and have consistently received two of the highest levels of accreditation.
AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) leads the industry for accreditation services with an exclusive focus on ambulatory health care. AAAHC has nationally required quality improvement standards that are met every three years for ongoing accreditation.
ASGE (American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy) has an accreditation program called EURP (Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program). Today’s healthcare environment has underscored the critical importance of demonstrating a facility’s commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. The ASGE EURP is the only program of its kind honoring GI endoscopy units that have demonstrated this commitment.
We have earned both of these accreditations showing that we have passed a series of rigorous and nationally recognized standards.
We provide endoscopy services (upper endoscopy and colonoscopy) in a personal and patient-focused environment. As a benefit to patients, we work exclusively with board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs to provide deep sedation in an extremely safe and controlled manner.
The friendly and knowledgeable staff at GAPC have consistently achieved high scores in patient satisfaction surveys. Most insurances are accepted at our facility.
